About the Role

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Moderator & Community Manager to build, engage, and support online communities. The ideal candidate is a people person, great at communication, and passionate about creating positive online experiences. This role involves moderating chats, handling live customer support, and driving community engagement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Moderate online communities on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other platforms.
Engage with users, answer questions, and foster a welcoming environment.
✅ Handle live chat & customer support inquiries with professionalism.
Manage community events, AMAs, and giveaways to boost engagement.
✅ Enforce community rules, prevent spam, and resolve conflicts.
✅ Work closely with marketing and development teams to relay community feedback.
Grow and scale communities through strategic engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

✔️ 1+ year of experience in community management or moderation.
✔️ Strong understanding of Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other community platforms.
✔️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
✔️ Customer service experience (live chat, email support, or similar).
✔️ Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
✔️ Passion for Web3, gaming, or tech communities (a plus).
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.

Nice to Have

➕ Experience in crypto, DeFi, NFTs, or gaming communities.
➕ Knowledge of chatbots, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
➕ Ability to create basic social media content (memes, announcements, etc.).
