Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a strong focus on Solana to design, build, and optimize high-performance trading infrastructure, including but not limited to trading terminals like Photon, Axiom, BullX, etc. You will be responsible for running node infrastructure, integrating with DeFi protocols such as the Jupiter Aggregator, and ensuring the system is reliable, scalable, and optimized for low-latency execution. 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a strong focus on Solana to design, build, and optimize high-performance trading infrastructure, including but not limited to trading terminals like Photon, Axiom, BullX, etc. You will be responsible for running node infrastructure, integrating with DeFi protocols such as the Jupiter Aggregator, and ensuring the system is reliable, scalable, and optimized for low-latency execution. This role emphasizes Solana infrastructure — validators, RPC nodes, block engines, and sniping systems — with EVM experience as a secondary skillset. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building fast, resilient, and secure trading pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Solana validator and RPC infrastructure (full nodes, archival nodes, clustered RPC).
• Integrate with Jupiter Aggregator for optimal liquidity routing and trading.
• Work directly with Solana block engines (Jito Block Engine, Nextblock, bloXroute) to optimize execution.
• Design, test, and operate sniping mechanisms (fast execution, slot-level optimization, transaction bundling).
• Build on-chain data pipelines / indexers to track program states and transactions.
• Implement process orchestration and reliability patterns (PM2, clustering, horizontal scaling).
• Contribute to backend services in Node.js / TypeScript for trading infrastructure.
• Design and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure across Linux-based systems.
• Benchmark and stress-test Solana systems for throughput, latency, and reliability.
• Implement best practices for security, monitoring, failover, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with traders and researchers to optimize execution strategies.

Requirements

- Proven ability to manage and scale Solana node infrastructure (validators, RPC clusters, monitoring).  
- Hands-on experience with Solana Jito Block Engine, and knowledge of alternatives such as Nextblock and bloXroute.  
- Deep understanding of sniping mechanisms: priority fees, bundles, slot racing, low-latency execution.  
- Familiarity with Jupiter Aggregator and Solana DeFi integrations.  
- Solid Linux administration skills and scripting (Bash, Python).  
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.  
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend trading systems.  
- Hands-on experience with process orchestrators (PM2, clustering, process management).  
- Understanding of trading infrastructure: AMMs, order books, liquidity routing, slippage, arbitrage.  
- Exposure to EVM-compatible contracts (Solidity) and toolchains (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle).  
- Knowledge of price oracle integrations (Pyth, Chainlink, Band).  
- Strong background in system reliability: observability, scaling, failover.  

Nice-to-Have 

- Familiarity with MEV tooling and advanced Solana/EVM searcher workflows.  
- Wallet integrations: custody solutions, multisig, hardware wallet handling.  
- Experience deploying blockchain infra to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).  
- CI/CD pipelines for contract deployment and infra automation.  
- Awareness of compliance and security best practices for DeFi protocols.
